Mary Susan Morse Iosue Memorial Scholarship
Award of $1,750 ($875/semester)
Awarded to a student majoring in French at the end of their junior year or later for the following academic year. A minimum grade point average of 3.0 is required with preference given to a student who is emphasizing in literary studies and who shows outstanding promise in French studies. Additionally, preference will be given to a student who has completed a project in some area of their French studies.
Richard J. Tyner Scholarship for French majors
Year 1: Up to $500 upon major declaration; Year 2: $1,000 upon completing two required courses
Awarded to deserving College of Liberal Arts and Sciences students, who are currently minors in French, who declare the BA in French. To qualify, applicants must submit a degree audit and have consulted with a professional academic advisor.
Howard Borrett Scholarship for declaring French minors
Awards up to $300
Awarded to deserving College of Liberal Arts and Sciences students, who are currently studying French and will declare the minor in that same area of study for the respective academic year. To qualify, applicants must submit a degree audit and have consulted with a professional academic advisor.
